Refund & Returns Policy – Pearl Weave

At Pearl Weave, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, and we are here to assist if something isn’t right. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.


1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The item is free from stains, damage, odors, or wear
  • The request is made within 5 days of delivery

Pearl Weave reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Products purchased on clearance/sale (if mentioned as non-returnable)

4. Return Process

Once you contact our team:

  1. We will verify your request
  2. Provide instructions for pickup or return shipment
  3. Inspect the returned item upon receipt
  4. Approve or reject the return based on eligibility

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

If your return is rejected, the product will be sent back to you.


6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange:

  • You may choose a replacement product of equal or higher value
  • For higher-value items, the price difference must be paid
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

7. Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order**—only if the order has not been shipped yet**.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
